Shipping policy

At Spanish Chapel Veils, we aim to make your experience in our store as beautiful as the veils we sell. We typically ship orders within 3-4 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard shipping. All times are estimates, and may vary depending on your location, order volume, and other circumstances (weather, holidays, shipping delays, etc.). We ship within the United States. Please provide an accurate shipping address, as we cannot be responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect addresses. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, customs processing, or issues with the carrier. In case of significant shipping delays, we will notify you via email. Return/Refund Policy

At Spanish Chapel Veils, we aim to make your experience in our store as beautiful as the veils we sell. Returns: • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. • To initiate a return, please contact our us at ststephenbookgift@gmail.com or 916-223-3112. • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back your item. • Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the return instructions. • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the case of defective or incorrect items. • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. • We will provide a prepaid return label, and once the item is received, we will offer a replacement or full refund. • If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund, including return shipping costs. Refunds: • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. • Please note that it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. • If you haven't received a refund after 7 business days, please first check your bank or credit card account for any delays. • If the issue persists, contact us at ststephenbookgift@gmail.com and we will investigate the matter. Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the item has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order.
